Before becoming an attorney, Grayson Jones pitched in the Atlanta Braves organization, an environment where discipline, preparation, and performing under pressure are the standard. That experience shaped the way he practices law today. Those years taught him how to prepare relentlessly, perform under pressure, and outstrategize opponents, skills he now brings directly into the world of insurance claims.
His time as a professional pitcher shaped his mindset in ways few attorneys share. On the mound, you learn quickly that talent is not enough, execution, adaptability, and grit separate winners from everyone else. In the legal arena, Grayson applies that same competitive DNA to every claim, every negotiation, every fight with an insurance carrier.
Before law school, Grayson also worked for a general contractor, gaining hands-on knowledge of construction practices, structural failures, storm damage indicators, and the realities of rebuilding.
That field experience gives him something incredibly rare among attorneys: practical, job site level understanding of how homes and commercial buildings are actually built and how insurers try to undervalue the cost of fixing them.
This hybrid background allows him to see claims from every angle, legal, technical, and practical.
